B. For purposes of this Chapter, "employer" means a person, association, legal entity, or governmental body or department receiving services from an employee and, in return, giving compensation of any kind to an employee, and that employs twenty or more employees within this state for each working day in each of twenty or more calendar weeks in the current or preceding calendar year.

C. This Chapter shall also apply to discrimination based on age (40 years or older), disability, sickle cell trait, or genetic information.
