SMS Privacy Policy

Scope
This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Zing Labs Inc., doing business as Teambridge (“Teambridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handle information associated with the Teambridge Ultron Interactive Demo SMS Program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
When you voluntarily request the SMS demo, we collect the mobile number you provide, the date and time of consent, the consent-language version and campaign context, and any optional contact information already provided during the demo. We also process SMS replies, message identifiers, delivery status, and opt-out or help requests needed to operate and document the program.
How we use SMS information
We use this information to send the interactive scheduling scenario you requested, process your YES or NO response, show the simulated result, send a limited demo follow-up, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet legal and carrier compliance requirements.
No marketing-data sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers such as Twilio and telecommunications carriers solely to deliver messages, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Those providers may not use that information for their own marketing.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies and is typically 2–5 messages per Ultron demo session. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Your choices
SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase or access to the demo. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We retain consent, message, delivery, and opt-out records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal or carrier requirements.
