SMS Terms and Conditions

Program name and description
The Teambridge Ultron Interactive Demo SMS Program is an optional, user-initiated demonstration from Zing Labs Inc., doing business as Teambridge. After you enter your own US mobile number and separately opt in, Teambridge sends a simulated workforce scheduling alert. You may reply YES or NO to control the demo. Teambridge then sends status or completion messages and may include one Teambridge product-demo link.
Consent
By selecting the unchecked SMS consent box and choosing “Text me the decision,” you agree to receive automated text messages for this interactive demo at the number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or access to the demo. You may continue without text.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies and is typically 2–5 messages per Ultron demo session. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s message and data rates and other terms govern your use of its network.
Opt out and support
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you opt out, no additional Ultron demo messages will be sent unless you provide new consent in a later demo session. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@teambridge.com.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Teambridge may suspend or terminate the program when reasonably necessary.
Privacy
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, consent records, replies, delivery information, and opt-out records. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the program or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to support@teambridge.com.
