- Enhancements to CSV Imports
CSV imports are now more resilient and easier to use, with support for filenames containing spaces and automatic column matching to help speed up setup. - Enhancements to Automations
New usability improvements make automations easier to manage, including a list view and the ability to duplicate existing automations. - Enhancements to Table Management
Admins can now bulk delete all records matching current filters and search criteria, making cleanup faster.

We've 2x'd the speed of our calendar features. This will be most notable for accounts with thousands or 100s of thousands of shifts in a single week. In some cases this speed increase is 4x! Additional enhancements for large scale accounts coming soon. - Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

- Record Detail Modal Refresh!
It's been a minute since our workhorse modal, used to view any data has been updated. Over the next few weeks we will be rolling out the new and improved modal. This includes header customization for each type of data in your account, and account and personal level layout preferences (Peak, Sidebar, Full Screen Options). This means you can customize the data and appearance of each database object in teambridge. When viewing users you can see a large profile image, their name and the date of their last activity, you choose! - Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

- Engage: Sorting and Filtering
Added new sorting options for chat threads to help you organize conversations more efficiently.Updated the definition of “unread” for admins to better reflect message activity and visibility.Introduced a new Unread filter so admins can quickly focus on outstanding conversations. - Engage: Broadcast History
Launched a new Broadcast Histories page, providing clear visibility into past broadcast messages and engagement. - Integration: Bullhorn Token Refresh
Resolved an issue affecting OTP token refresh for Bullhorn integrations to ensure more reliable authentication. - OpenAPI
Introduced cursor-based pagination for improved performance and scalability when retrieving large datasets.
Expanded OpenAPI filtering to support additional field types, allowing for more flexible and precise queries. - Record Locking
Great for payroll admins who want to lock down shifts and time records after they are paid, now you can lock records preventing other admins from making any changes to those records. You can do this for any records (shifts, jobs, locations, roles, anything!). Note that locked records will not update, so if you have downstream calculations that rely on these records to update (roll-ups/formulas) be careful. - Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

E-Sign
You asked and now its here. Fully customizable and bank grade e-signature documents can now be created, automatically sent, and signed in teambridge! Use Teambridge data to pre-populate your docs and get hyped for fillable fields coming in just a few weeks.
Specialists
Rolling out now to our AI subscribers, specialists do the work so you don't have to. Leveraging our new omnichannel Engage product (see below), Specialist can be triggered by automations and complete almost any task you set them to, the future is here!

The login screen now highlights what’s new in each release, giving you quick visibility into recent updates and important release details as soon as you sign in. - Open API Webhooks
You can now create and subscribe to Open API webhooks to receive real-time event notifications and keep external systems in sync with Teambridge. - New Left Navigation (Early Access)
We’ve introduced a redesigned left navigation with quick links to help you move faster through the product. This update is part of our phased rollout of the new Alloy UI and will continue to expand over time. - Salesforce Integration
Teambridge now integrates with Salesforce, allowing you to sync key data and streamline workflows across sales and staffing operations. - Pay Rate Widget
