Procare is a professional employer organization (PEO) that handles every HR function—payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, compliance, and more—for clients. The company specializes in HR services for senior care facilities, offloading admin work so they can focus on delivering best-in-class care for patients and residents. "My grandfather was my first best friend," said Matt Strange, Procare's COO. "Being able to serve that population at a really important time of their lives brings me joy, meaning, and purpose."
But for years, Procare and their clients hit staffing roadblocks. It’s key to have "the right providers in the right place at the right time," but they battled shortages and daily coverage fluctuations. "To prevent turnover and burnout, we need a solution that will directly improve the care our clients provide and allow their business to grow alongside demand," Matt said.
