Helios and Teambridge's other AI features use artificial intelligence to answer questions, make recommendations and take actions in your account. Please read this before you rely on them. This disclaimer forms part of the AI Usage Terms, and terms defined there have the same meaning here.
AI can be wrong
Output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or biased, even when it sounds confident. Helios may misread a request, rely on data that is wrong or missing in your account, or miss an exception a person would notice. Check Output against your own records before you act on it.
Helios takes real actions
When you ask or approve, Helios can create and change workflows, forms, policies and records, and send messages to your workers and others. Workflows it builds may keep running without anyone present. Review what Helios proposes before you approve it, and use approval steps and access-group permissions to control who can direct it. Your organization is responsible for the actions Helios takes at your users' direction.
People make the decisions
Output is not legal, tax, payroll, HR, medical or other professional advice. Decisions about hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling eligibility, pay and worker classification must be made by people with the authority to make them, with meaningful human review. Your organization is responsible for complying with employment, wage-and-hour, anti-discrimination, privacy and automated decision-making laws, including any notices or consents they require.
Rankings and matches are suggestions
Match rankings, policy checks and recommended workers reflect the rules and data configured in your account. They do not guarantee that a worker is qualified, available, compliant or the best choice.
Results vary
The same question can get a different answer at a different time. Features, models and providers change, and AI features may be unavailable or limited, especially during the beta. Keep a way to do critical work, such as filling shifts and running payroll, without Helios.
Your data
Helios reads the account data your permissions allow so it can answer you. Don't share information a task doesn't need, such as government ID numbers, bank details or health information. How we handle your data is described in the AI Usage Terms and our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, Teambridge provides the AI features "as is", without warranty that Output is accurate or that actions are correct, and is not liable for decisions made using Output. The full terms are in the AI Usage Terms.
