By accepting the terms of the services, you expressly consent to receive calls and messages (including texts) from the Company, representatives, affiliates, assignees, attorneys, collection companies, service providers, or any person contacting you on our behalf (collectively, "Company Parties" or individually "Company Party") using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS”) which may include prerecorded/artificial voice messages.) at any number you provide. This may include service notifications, collection messages, or promotional content. You cannot revoke consent for these notifications if you have pending obligations but can opt out of promotional messages by emailing our support@teambridge.com with "Stop marketing messages" in the subject line or by calling (415) 349-0025.
You confirm that the telephone numbers and emails provided are yours and understand that the Company is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from these communications. You understand that anyone with access to your phone or email may listen to or read the messages, notwithstanding that Company Parties intend to communicate only with you. You agree to notify the Company of any changes to your contact information. Your phone or internet provider may apply charges based on your plan.
The Company may monitor or record calls for training and quality control but is not obligated to retain such recordings unless required by law.
