What changed
Configured AI Specialist steps now run through a dedicated Workflow execution path. A Workflow can send context into a selected Specialist and continue to later steps after the Specialist completes its task.
Why it matters
Repeatable processes can include work that needs interpretation or generated content, while keeping the surrounding handoffs and follow up actions inside one Workflow.
How to use it
- 1Add an AI Specialist step to a Workflow.
- 2Choose the Specialist that should perform the task.
- 3Provide the instructions, target, and context needed for the task.
- 4Connect the Specialist step to the actions that should happen next, then verify and publish.
Example
An onboarding Workflow can ask a Specialist to prepare role specific instructions, then pass the result to a later communication step.
Availability
Available to accounts with both AI Specialist and Workflows access. The Specialists and actions available depend on account entitlements and permissions.
