See how your Workflows are performing
A new usage view makes it easier to understand what your Workflows triggered, completed, and acted on.
A closer look
What changed
The Workflows area now includes an account wide Usage view. It reports total triggers, completed runs, failed runs, actions taken, and AI Specialist activity. You can compare the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or all recorded activity, then filter the results to one Workflow.
Why it matters
Operations teams can see which Workflows are being used, confirm that important processes are completing, and spot a rise in failures before it affects more people.
How to use it
- 1Open Workflows and select Usage at the bottom of the Workflows navigation.
- 2Choose a time range to review recent or longer term activity.
- 3Use the Workflow filter when you want to investigate one process.
- 4Review completion, failure, action, and Specialist activity together.
Example
If a daily onboarding Workflow suddenly shows more failed runs, an admin can filter to that Workflow and narrow the investigation to the affected period.
Availability
Available to accounts with Workflows access, the Automation permission, and Workflows visible in navigation.
