Practical guide
How the Workforce Data Health Check works.
Workforce Data Health Check helps a workforce team produce a workforce data readiness score and issue list. The report evaluates structure and obvious data quality signals. It does not modify the source file.
Use the result as a structured analysis that can be reviewed before a manager changes a schedule, record, workflow, or downstream system. The visible assumptions make the output easier to challenge than an undocumented spreadsheet or manual estimate.
Find duplicates early
Identify repeated email addresses, worker identifiers, and rows before migration or automation.
Measure field completeness
See which records lack contact, role, location, status, or downstream identifiers.
Plan system ownership
Separate fields that belong in workforce operations from records owned by payroll or HR.
Worked example
Start with a representative workforce input, review the result produced by Workforce Data Health Check, and test one changed assumption before using the output in an operating decision. Keep the source file or values available so another reviewer can reproduce the result.
Check before use
- Use current source data and resolve incomplete fields.
- Confirm the assumptions with the owner of the operating process.
- Treat the output as a review artifact until an authorized person approves the next action.

Common questions
Which file format should I use?
A UTF 8 CSV with a header row and one worker per row produces the clearest result.
Is this a migration tool?
No. It is a readiness check. Any migration still requires field mapping, ownership decisions, validation, and a controlled import.
What should I prepare before using Workforce Data Health Check?
Bring the source file described in the tool and confirm the period, workforce group, and operating decision you want the result to support.
Does Teambridge store the uploaded source file?
The public tool does not save the uploaded source file. A lead record is created only when a visitor chooses an export and submits an email address.
Put the result into operation
The report is the starting point. The workflow is where the value appears.
