The calculators on this site also live inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok, so a manager can total a time card or lay out a rotation without leaving the conversation. Free, no account, nothing you type is stored.

Teambridge for ChatGPT
A plugin for ChatGPT
Available now
Ask ChatGPT in plain words and it answers with the Teambridge tools: the time card total, the rotation grid, the margin per shift. Every answer links back to the matching calculator here so you can edit or download it.
1Open the link above and choose Connect. You need a paid ChatGPT plan.
2In any chat, type @Teambridge Workforce Tools followed by your question.
3Members of the Teambridge workspace see it already. Everyone else will find it in the ChatGPT plugin directory once the public listing is approved, which is in review.
Teambridge tools for Claude
Claude tools, one file to install
Available now for Claude Desktop
The same five tools inside Claude. Download the Teambridge tools file, open it, and Claude Desktop installs them. Claude then calls them when you paste punches, ask for a rota, or talk through staffing margins.
1Download the file and double click it. Claude Desktop opens an install screen; choose Install. Nothing else to set up.
2Ask in any chat as you would ask a colleague. The tools run on your computer, so nothing is sent anywhere.
3On claude.ai in a browser, an organization owner adds the Teambridge tools once under Customize, Connectors, Add, and everyone on the team gets them.
Teambridge bot for Grok
A Grok Bot template
Bot kit available, template link coming
A ready made Grok Bot: the profile text, a skill that teaches it the five tools, an avatar, and the tools setup. Build it once in Grok Bot in about five minutes, then share it as a template so anyone adds it with one click.
1In Grok Bot choose New, then Create new Bot, and paste the name, label, and description from the kit into Edit Profile.
2Add the skill folder and the tools entry from the kit. No key or sign in is needed.
3Share as Template, publish the public link, and the Add to Grok Bot button appears here.

Every calculation behind these tools is published as a small TypeScript library with tests, so anyone can check the rules, run them locally, or build their own tool on top.
1Clone it, run the tests, and read how each rule is applied.
2Use the functions directly in your own code, or run the included local server.
What you can ask
Five things it does, in the words you would use.
Each answer shows its working and links to the same calculator on this site. Results are estimates for review. They do not decide which policy or law covers a worker.
Time card and pay check
Paste the hours someone worked, in any format, and get worked hours, overtime under the federal rule or your state rule, payroll rounding, and estimated gross pay with the working shown.
Try asking: Mon to Thu 7 to 3:30 with a 30 minute lunch, Fri 7 to 1, Sat 8 to 2. $24 an hour. What do I owe?
Lays out a Pitman, Panama, DuPont, 2 2 3, 4 on 4 off, or 9/80 rotation from any start date: who works which day, hours per crew per week, and the longest run of shifts.
Try asking: Build a Pitman rotation for four crews starting November 2 with 12 hour shifts.
Works out what someone has earned, what is left after carryover, usage, and any cap, and what the balance is worth at their rate.
Try asking: I earn 0.05 hours of PTO per hour worked, did 1,600 hours, carried over 40, used 24. The cap is 100. What is left and what is it worth at $20?
For staffing agencies: loaded cost, margin per hour and per shift, markup, break even bill rate, and what a client's lower bill rate does to all of it.
Try asking: Pay $28, bill $42, 22 percent burden. What is my margin per shift, and at $39 bill?
