How it works
How Teambridge connects with ADP Workforce Now
Teambridge receives ADP worker changes through a one minute event queue poll and runs a nightly roster reconciliation for fields that ADP does not include in events.
Approved hours and pay can be sent to ADP on demand. New hire submission is a separate admin action and requires account configuration.
Verified data movement
What moves, where, and when
Worker events are fetched and the changed worker record is created or updated.
Linked workers are reconciled for custom fields, position, and rehire eligibility.
Approved regular, overtime, double overtime, earnings, deductions, and reimbursements are prepared for payroll.
A configured new hire can be submitted after required fields and hire date are reviewed.
