Job Roles

The Job Roles table stores the types of work in the operation — RN, guard, driver, server — with the qualifications each role requires and the pay or bill logic attached to it.

Key fields

Role name

The label schedulers and workers see on shifts.

Required credentials

Links to Document types the role requires, such as a license or certification.

Pay rate

Default pay logic applied when the role is worked.

Bill rate

Default billing logic applied for client invoicing.

Department

Grouping used for schedules and reports.

Eligible workers

Rollup of Users linked to the role.
