Placements

The Placements table stores longer-running assignments: a worker placed with a client, facility, or job for a period of time. Staffing operations use placements as the contract-level record that shifts, pay, and billing hang off.

Placement history for rehires, references, and reporting.

Worker

Link to the placed User.

Client or facility

Where the worker is placed.

Job or role

Link to the Job order or Job Role being filled.

Start and end date

The placement window; drives ending-soon workflows.

Pay and bill rates

Placement-specific rates that override role defaults.

Status

Pending, Active, Ending soon, Completed, or Terminated.
