Column type
AdvancedLink To Object
A Link To Object column connects a record in one table to records in another. It is the most important column type in Teambridge: workforce data is relational, and links are what make rollups, policies, scoped access, and cross-table workflows possible.
In one line
Connect records across tables: the relationship column everything else builds on.

Good to know
Use links instead of copying the same value into many places — one source of truth, everywhere it is needed.
Single-select links point to one record; multi-select links point to many. Choose deliberately.
Links power rollups: count or sum values from the linked records.
