Rollup

A Rollup column summarizes values from records linked through a Link To Object column — count the late shifts on a worker, sum the billed amount per client, average ratings per location. Rollups turn linked records into signals workflows and dashboards can act on.

In one line

Aggregate values from linked records: counts, sums, and averages without manual tallying.

Good to know

Rollups need a link — the relationship comes first, the aggregate second.
Give rollups time to update before dependent automations run; add a short wait in workflows.
Rollup thresholds are how attendance points and tier movement work.
