Column type
AdvancedPolicy
A Policy column surfaces the result of a policy rule on the record — whether the assignment would break overtime, whether credentials are met, whether the match is allowed. It puts the rule's verdict where the operator can see it before acting.
In one line
A rule evaluation on the record: pass, block, or flag, visible where operators work.

Good to know
Blocking policies stop the action; flagging policies allow it but warn — choose per rule.
A visible policy result beats a mystery rejection: operators trust rules they can see.
